Welcome to Hotel Sai Sanskriti, Shirdi. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– A valid ID proof is mandatory for check-in (as per Indian Govt. norms).
– We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
– Advance booking may require full/partial payment.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
– Check-in time: 12:00 PM
– Check-out time: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
– Cancellations within 24 hours may incur one night’s charge.
– Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
4. Guest Conduct
– Guests are expected to maintain decorum.
5. Liability
We are not liable for:
– Loss/damage of valuables not deposited with the front desk.
– Delays or service interruptions due to external factors (weather, transport, etc.).
6. Parking & Wi-Fi
Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are provided. The hotel is not responsible for vehicle safety or network issues.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Modifications
Hotel Sai Sanskriti reserves the right to change room rates, policies, or services without prior notice.
9. Disputes
Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
